The gym has a full line of cardio equipment including treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, and steppers. Each machine is safe and easy to operate, and allows either manual or pre-programmed workouts and settings.
We have a complete line of high-quality machines that are pin-selctorized for your safety and convenience. There are too many to name them all, but they include a seated bench press, a rotary torso, a cable-crossover, a hack squat, inner and outer thighs, a multi-hip, a seated military press, and a donkey calf raise. For the hard-core weightlifters, the gym has over 2000 pounds of olympic free weights and bars, along with a complete set of dumbbells from 5 to 100 pounds in 5-pound increments.
